Incoplan srl en Ligna + 2007
Has been active in the field of technological innovation since 1978 and has been producing under its own brand name since 2002. Based around an inner core of operative associates, each having its own but complimentary sphere of specialization, a body of personnel having many years of experience and undergoing continual technical training has been brought together.
This interaction within the company has been translated into the highest level of integration of skills and know-how. On the basis of this business approach, Incoplan has set up a production cycle which has research at the starting post; designs are developed through the use of the most up-to-date programmes in order to customize production in keeping with the clients’ every necessity; the next stage is the production of standard components, these are of the highest quality in terms of technical performance, testing is then carried out on the electrical and electromechanical elements, followed by assembly carried out by in-house staff and under all manner of climatic conditions; the final stage is one of customer feedback which promotes continual product evolution. This cycle is a distinguishing feature of the Incoplan integrated system and one which includes staff working on the production process as well as involving people on the outside, clients included. The operative head office is in Mareno di Piave, fifty kilometres to the north of Venice. The office complex is situated outside the production units and is home to the general management, technical services, commercial and administrative divisions. It has been built using the same components used for the drying systems, and a large glass wall is a symbol of the transparency found in the relationships the company has established in the marketplace. Next to the offices is a trussed-roof structure where the structural elements are produced (columns, trusses, panels), process components are pre-assembled (heating, ventilation, humidification) and where quality control and testing is carried out on the Classe Modular driers. Within this integrated process, Incoplan gives prime importance to environmental conservation and the subsequent savings in terms of energy consumption. Naturally, Incoplan is a company holding quality guarantee certificates: in 2005 it once again passed the Periodic Maintenance Check carried out by the prestigious Certifying Body, Det Norske Veritas, obtaining confirmation of the validity of its Quality Management System certificate in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. Furthermore, all soldering processes and staff are certified by the Italian Soldering Institute (IIS).
