The Conference Centre is a place which, apart from its unusual architecture, is perfectly designed so as to satisfy the most varied demands of any event. It has spaces that can be subdivided by means of moveable panels, which can be adjusted to the precise needs of each event. Catering, hostesses, audiovisual equipment, lighting and sound, signage and decoration are some of the services that are common to all the rooms.

The building creates a large volume in which it is possible to clearly distinguish the spaces which make up the thirteen concrete modules, with the most unusual element being the roof which reminds the viewer of waves on water.


Its unbeatable location should also be emphasised, right at the heart of Costa Adeje, surrounded by a range of magnificent hotels and only ten minutes’ drive from Reina Sofía International Airport, with superb connections by air and above all with excellent and wide-ranging leisure options, which together with the climate make the Tenerife Sur Conference Centre the ideal venue for any event.


The Centre has the most up-to-date audiovisual and communications equipment as well as all kinds of supplementary rooms (VIP room, press rooms, plenary support rooms, etc.). It also has a restaurant, cafeteria and a large area for commercial display both indoors and outdoors.

The Main Hall on the ground floor has an area of 2,840 m2 and a stage of 300 m2 and has the capacity for up to 2,500 persons. On this floor, it is possible to modulate rooms of any size from 200 up to 1500 places.

Also on the ground floor, near the entrance, the building has a reception area of 1,219m2. On the first floor, there is another hall with an area of 1,865 m2. In this hall, it is possible to create spaces for anything from 20 to 200 persons.

There is an auditorium with capacity for 1,100 persons and fine acoustics making it suitable for any kind of concert.

There are also two car parks, one underground of 1,003 m2 and another on the surface with 99 spaces for cars and 10 for coaches.
