The annual Avionics Exhibition & Conference now in its 6th year will take place from 5th to 6th March, following the most successful event to date which attracted over 1,000 global attendees. This success has prompted the move to a new larger and exciting venue, The Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) in the centre of the city. This major conference covers civil and military aerospace perspectives, whilst the workshops and demonstration theatres will cover a range of separate technologies including major COTS and Embedded programmes. One of the new features for 2008 is a major focus on UAV technology, which will be held in its own dedicated area of the exhibition centre. Adrian Broadbent , MD of Avionics 2008 says ‘Having established itself as
the only dedicated European platform for Avionics, the 2008 event will offer far greater networking opportunities in its new home.’
