The European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers EUMABOIS, which associates almost 1000 producers of machines and accessories for the wood industry, has given its recommendation to the Poznañ show. 

The recognition of DREMA expressed in this way inspires us to further intensive works in order to improve the show. This is why next year we will adopt the terminology of products and services according to the international standard, says Tomasz Kobierski, trade fair manager.

The decision about unified terminology has been taken together with experts from the sector who have long-term international experience. Czech.When counterparts in a given language version are identified, the terminology will be corrected by national industrial associations.The objective of the project is to provide industrial organisations, organisers of trade shows and all interested parties with a unique tool to identify categories of machines and services.Unified nomenclature will replace the currently used terminology and will guarantee that each category means the same in German, English or Polish.The terminology standardised by EUMABOIS so far is used in the following languages:English, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, as well as Chinese, Russian and

According to Mi³osz Matelski, DREMA deputy manager, the terminology will be prepared in cooperation with the Polish scientific and industrial community. It is already certain that the new version will be available already in the autumn.
